Due to COVID-19, Skin Pastries CANNOT accept returns of any products purchased. If there is a problem with your order, please fill out a form on the Contact page and we will respond as soon as possible! Refunds may be requested BEFORE an order ships.
Shipping:
ALL shipping rates are automatically calculated by USPS, based on weight, location and shipping speed. Skin Pastries is NOT responsible for shipping costs.
SKIN PASTRIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. PLEASE ENSURE YOU PUT THE FULL/CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT!!
Damaged products:
All orders are packed with the utmost care to ensure your products come in tact! But sometimes, accidents happen with postal service. Skin Pastries is NOT responsible for lost/damaged packages. HOWEVER, if you received the wrong item or an item is missing, Skin Pastries will issue a refund for said item OR send the correct item if it is in stock!
